Executive Manager, Diversified Industries Job Description

We are seeking an experienced leader to develop deep industry specialisation and achieve sustainable growth in target industries. This role involves delivering strong and sustainable balance sheet growth, driving coordination of frontline teams for positive customer experiences, and developing/enhancing risk settings and appetite for target markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Delivering Strong Balance Sheet Growth: Drive the development and implementation of strategies that promote long-term financial stability and sustainability across various industries.
  • Driving Customer Experience: Lead and manage frontline teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Risk Management and Governance: Develop and maintain effective risk management frameworks to mitigate potential threats and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Product Management and Portfolio Optimization: Analyze market trends, identify opportunities for growth, and develop targeted solutions to drive business performance and portfolio optimization.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including commercial banking, risk management, and product development, to drive strategic initiatives and enhance overall business performance.
  • Market Intelligence and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to inform business decisions and stay ahead of emerging trends and competitor activity.
  • Leadership and Development: Provide guidance, coaching, and mentoring to team members to foster their professional growth and development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Business Acumen and Commercial Banking Expertise: Proven understanding of business and commercial banking principles, including credit acumen and risk management.
