Job Title: Radiology Information System (RIS) and Picture Archiving & Communication (PACS) Support Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to provide day-to-day support and maintenance of the RIS/PACS system across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the RIS/PACS system, ensuring minimal disruption to clinical staff and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records of user access and permissions, adhering to organizational security protocols.
  • Provide comprehensive training and support to new users, empowering them to effectively utilize the RIS/PACS system.
  • Collaborate with the Medical Imaging Team to identify and implement process improvements, enhancing overall system efficiency and effectiveness.
