Senior Engineering Leadership Role

This position offers a unique opportunity to lead a global team of designers and engineers in delivering high-quality, cost-effective, and timely engineering solutions to customers.

As a senior engineering leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of performance targets aligned with global/local goals and ensuring their achievement through regular oversight and defining required actions for improvement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Providing technical guidance and support during the bid phase, developing solutions and execution strategies while ensuring resource allocation.
  • Leading the team in building engineering/operational capability through training, mentoring, and shadowing programs, and conducting management reviews to guide operation of continuous improvement activities.
  • Collaborating with supply chain and project management to negotiate with suppliers of services and equipment to meet contractual obligations.
  • Ensuring type tests and Factory Acceptance Tests/Inspections are carried out to meet contractual obligations.
  • Implementing commissioning activities in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Required qualifications and skills include:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or higher with 10 years of experience.
  • Experience in managing large engineering teams with multi-discipline.
  • Executed complex projects technically and strong understanding of electrical and control systems.
  • Ability to work with projects of different size, complexity, and contractual types.
  • Ability to assess, propose, and implement solutions for rapid recovery of troubled or challenged projects (need-based).

What You Will Need
  • A bachelor's degree in engineering or higher.
