We are seeking a highly skilled People & Development Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR team and ensuring the smooth operation of various people matters.

The ideal candidate will have experience in human resources or a related field and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. They will also be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the HR team, including tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
  • People Matters: Assist with various people matters, including employee onboarding, benefits administration, and performance management.
