About the Role...

We are seeking a skilled Digital Product Analyst to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to driving our digital strategy through data analysis and insights.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in optimizing our online quote flow, campaigns across digital platforms, and contributing to building authoritative content and data stories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collecting and analyzing customer, marketing, and web behavioral data;
  • Testing campaigns, analyzing metrics, and identifying opportunities to increase campaign performance;
  • Developing and presenting learnings from your analyses, including actionable insights and recommendations;
  • Developing digital campaign and web measurement strategies;
  • Creating dashboards, data/visualizations, and campaign and website performance reports;
  • Monitoring and analyzing digital marketing trends;
  • Working closely with the product team to build datasets aligning to product outcomes;
  • Benchmarking target audiences and personas to aid in understanding the customer;
  • Understanding the work in relevant software platforms to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

About You...

We are looking for someone with:

  • A business, engineering, or data science degree;
  • Experience with Customer Data Platforms and customer engagement systems, with preference for Braze;
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Data Studio, and SEO analytics tools such as SEMrush;
  • Strong technical capabilities and/or a willingness to learn new systems;
  • An authentic, driven, data-curious, empathetic, and customer-experience-focused mindset.
