**Job Summary**
The Role of Operations Administrator is a pivotal position within our organization, tasked with providing administrative support to the Regional Director and Heads of Event throughout the event planning cycle.
This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of events, coordinating regular meetings with internal departments, local teams, and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational, communication, and administrative skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy while managing multiple projects.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Coordinate and manage scheduling, agendas, and note taking as requested
- Liaise with the Workplace Coordinator based in London to ensure general administrative tasks are completed efficiently
- Create and maintain event presentations and planning decks, including event concepts, guides, recaps, and feedback
- Support project management software and work closely with the events team to ensure accountability and progress
- Assist Regional Director and Head of Event with budget tracking and upkeep
- Support operations team on creation of event schedules and run of shows
- Provide administrative support between Event Leadership, Procurement, Finance, and Legal during the procurement process
- Implement event staff travel and uniform coordination in your region

**About You:**
- 2+ years experience in an administrative or event planning role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy while managing multiple projects
- Proficient organizational, communication, and administrative skills
- Able to communicate confidently and adapt communication style according to the needs of the stakeholder
- Able to work independently but values working collaboratively as part of a team
**Location:
Sydney, New South Wales - Hybrid working model with a minimum of 3 days per week in the Sydney office. This role may have some event travel.
