Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Event Production Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in the fast-paced world of events.

About the Role

This role will involve leading and coordinating event installations, operations, and removals. You will be responsible for running shows of varying sizes and complexities, ensuring they are executed smoothly and successfully.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the installation, operation, and removal of audio visual equipment.
  • Run shows of any size and complexity.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a range of skills and qualifications including:

  • Experience setting up audio, lighting, and video equipment.
  • Demonstrated competency in operating audio visual equipment.
  • Strong lighting abilities and knowledge of GrandMA (preferred).
  • Experience with Hybrid and Virtual events.
  • Camera Operator skills (advantageous).
  • Experience setting up stages with styling elements, draping, stage skirts, and truss borders.
  • Leadership capabilities.
  • Customer-centric and excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High standard of personal presentation.
  • Riggers Ticket (highly regarded).
