Role Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled Equipment Maintenance Controller to join our team at the Ingleburn branch. This role is responsible for performing cleaning and inspection tasks of equipment, reporting damage, and ensuring equipment is ready, fit for purpose, and safe for hire.

Main Responsibilities

  • Perform basic inspection checks and Testing of Electrical cables and Height safety equipment at the branch following the Coates Maintenance program.
  • Assist in keeping workshop and service area clean, tidy, and safe.

About You

This role is perfect for individuals with a mechanical aptitude, who enjoy fixing equipment and have trade qualification aspirations. As well as having excellent customer service skills and a Can-Do attitude, you will have:

  • A current driver's license is essential, and a forklift high-risk license will be highly regarded.
  • Good verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Intermediate computer skills, time management, and organisational skills.
  • Be physically fit and knowledgeable about safety standards.
  • Mechanical equipment knowledge is desirable.
  • Familiarisation with Take 5's and JSEA's.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is around $65,000 - $80,000 AUD, depending on experience. In addition to your base salary, you'll also enjoy a range of benefits, including access to our employee discounts and benefits program, purchased additional leave program, and novated leasing and salary sacrifice.
