Susquehanna's Trading Systems Developer is a key member who analyzes, designs, and develops business-critical trading systems requiring expertise in software development lifecycle, collaboration with technologists, traders, and quantitative analysts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop business critical systems that integrate sophisticated coding techniques with innovative engineering ideas.
  • Collaborate with traders, quantitative researchers, and technology teams to deliver scalable and highly performant systems.
  • Prioritize problem-solving skills, innovation, learning, and growth in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical or related discipline.
  • Proven track record in trading, risk, quantitative or trading systems development.
  • Exceptional C# development skills with expertise in design, profiling, OO, multi-threading, and performance.
  • Experience in microservices and cloud technologies (Azure Service Fabric, Microsoft Orleans, Envoy Proxy, gRPC, Protobuf, React JS, Docker, Kubernetes, Octopus Deploy, ELK Stack).
  • Knowledge of trading, derivatives, risk, pricing, and Greeks is highly regarded.
