Senior Anesthesiologist Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Anesthesiologist to join our team in Australia. The successful candidate will provide high-quality anesthesia services and contribute to the direction, service planning, and clinical governance of the Anaesthetic team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provision of safe and effective anesthesia services for patients undergoing surgical procedures.
  • Assistance with service planning, direction, and clinical governance of the Anaesthetic team.
  • Leadership and oversight of unit staff including General Practitioner (GP) Anaesthetists.
Qualifications:

The ideal candidate must hold a tertiary degree qualification in a relevant field and be registered with the relevant agency. Additionally, they must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Candidates must provide certified copies of requested proof of identity documents for the purposes of general Criminal history and National Police Certificate checks.

Declaration of any current, criminal, or significant previous disciplinary proceedings or restrictions on clinical practice is mandatory.
