After Hours Patient Flow Manager

This role involves coordinating and managing patient flow across the district and with other Local Health Districts.
Key responsibilities include monitoring Ambulance Transfer of Care as the Executive contact for escalations to NSW Ambulance and the Ministry of Health.
Collaboration is key, working closely with AHNMs, Patient Flow Units, and Patient Transport Services to ensure safe, timely care for every patient.
An opportunity exists to contribute at a system-wide level, making a real difference after hours when it matters most.
- Manage and coordinate patient flow across multiple healthcare services.
