We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee a cluster of Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) businesses in the Ballarat, Geelong & Western Suburbs of VIC.
About The Role- Lead and manage OSHC teams in schools
- Oversee all aspects of service management including staff management, program design support, business management, and motivating and managing teams
- Conduct Educator appraisals
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with educators, principals, school staff, parents, regulatory authorities, and suppliers
The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience managing people, preferably in the Child Care or Education sector. They will have leadership skills, drive to succeed, and desire to support working families.
