Early-Phase Clinical Researcher

We are seeking an experienced Early-Phase Clinical Researcher to join our Emerging Oncology Biotech team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical research, particularly in early-phase oncology trials. They will be responsible for conducting site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits for clinical trials.

The researcher will work closely with investigators and site staff to ensure protocol compliance, data integrity, and patient safety throughout the trial process.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting site qualification and initiation visits to assess trial readiness.
  • Monitoring trial progress and identifying potential issues or risks.
  • Closing out trials and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless trial conduct.
  • Performing data review and resolution of queries to maintain high-quality clinical data.

Required qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare-related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate.
  • Proven track record of success in early-phase oncology trials.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
