As a Product Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our product roadmap through in-depth analysis and cross-team collaboration. You will drive the transition from legacy to modern platforms that enable real-time data-driven decisions for customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough business and product analysis throughout the entire lifecycle, from concept to post-launch.
  • Elicit, document, and manage product requirements, including user stories and process maps.
  • Utilise customer and product data to understand how customers interact with our products.
  • Support business case development and contribute to deal engagements with insightful analysis.
  • Assist in segment reporting, planning, and forecasting activities for new product introductions.
  • Contribute to pricing management strategies and track market and customer implementation activities.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and collaborate with delivery teams on go-to-market activities.
  • Support Product Owners and Principals on communications, documentation, and strategic artefacts.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of demonstrated enterprise experience in business and/or product analysis roles.
  • Proven ability to interpret and analyse customer and product data.
  • Experience in documenting requirements and creating user stories.
  • Exposure to supporting business case development.
  • Familiarity with market analysis and competitive landscape assessments.
  • Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt to different audiences.
