We are seeking a Business Development professional to contribute to the growth trajectory of our national Energy & Resources practice group.
The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial business initiatives, and enjoy building relationships with key stakeholders. They will thrive in a fast-paced environment and have strong project management skills.
- This role involves taking responsibility for executing practice group and client business development priorities, including leading on agreed projects and initiatives.
- The successful candidate will contribute to the development and implementation of practice group and client plans, as well as client plan implementation and provision of business development advice.
- They will be responsible for best practice tender and credential management, research, and communication of opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of executing practice group and client business development priorities.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of practice group and client plans.
- Provide business development advice and support to clients.
- Manage tender and credential processes to ensure best practice.
- Research and communicate new business opportunities to clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Marketing degree or relevant business qualification.
- Three years plus marketing experience, professional services an advantage.
- Strong proprietary attitude; customer focus and service attitude, demonstrated drive and initiative.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and have a continual improvement mindset.
