About the Opportunity

Our Business Development team, based in Perth, are currently seeking a Business Development Manager to join them.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Proactively seek out and secure new business opportunities to grow Paywise's market presence and brand awareness.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver business development initiatives and achieve ambitious growth targets.
• Support the seamless onboarding of new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and alignment with business objectives.
• Drive targeted marketing and business development activities, staying ahead of market trends and industry developments.
• Act as a trusted point of contact for key client accounts, delivering highly personalised service and fostering long-term client satisfaction.

About You

• Results-driven and proactive, with a passion for business development and growth.
• Skilled in building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Confident communicator, able to engage and influence at all levels.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities.
• Organised and detail-oriented, with strong reporting and analytical skills.
• Adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Enthusiastic team player who thrives on collaboration and achieving shared goals.
• Experience in Salary Packaging and Novated leasing is desirable.
