Key Leadership Role in Retail Jewelery - National Brand

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to take charge of our retail jewelery store in Charlestown. As one of the world's leading diamond organizations, we invest heavily in our people and are looking for talented individuals who share our vision.

To be successful in this role, you will need previous experience within the jewelry sales industry and a proven track record of management. Strong leadership skills, the ability to create lasting relationships, and build positive culture are essential qualities we look for in candidates.

The successful candidate will lead a team to achieve business goals and results, train, mentor and develop team members to success, manage rostering, and prolong strong customer relationships.

About You:

- Previous Retail Sales Manager or Assistant Sales Manager experience
- Have previous experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Have great negotiating skills
- Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible to work various shifts
- Exceeding customer service
- Complete a police clearance
- Continuously improving and achieving goals.
