Automotive Service Technician Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing routine vehicle maintenance and repairs. This includes tasks such as tire rotations, oil changes, and diagnosing complex problems.

  • Isolate systems or components that might have caused a problem
  • Drive vehicles for testing purposes or using various equipment
  • Repair or replace worn parts ahead of the vehicle's breakdown

This is an excellent opportunity to utilize your mechanical skills and work with a dedicated team. You will be required to maintain efficiency and accuracy in diagnosing and repairing vehicles.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Apprentices: High school diploma or equivalent
  • Licensed Automotive Service Technician through an accredited post-secondary institution or part of an accredited apprenticeship program
  • Valid driver's license and clean driver's abstract
  • Ability to learn new technology and repair procedures
  • High level of integrity and work ethic
