SAP Basis Consultant Role

The SAP Basis Consultant role at EY requires a strong background in designing and implementing infrastructure architectures that support SAP systems, including S/4HANA and SAP ECC.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Implement Infrastructure Architecture
  • Develop hybrid infrastructure solutions that integrate cloud and on-premise environments, taking into account scalability and high availability.
  • Implement SAP Landscapes
  • Manage patching and upgrades for SAP components (SAP Kernel, NetWeaver, Support Packages, Enhancement Packages, including Security patches).
  • Database Administration and Performance Tuning
  • Implement system monitoring and performance optimization strategies to enhance system reliability and efficiency.
  • SAP Environment Setup and Management
  • Leverage SAP Cloud Platform, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), or third-party cloud services for efficient infrastructure management.
  • Security Support and Identity Management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of infrastructure solutions with business objectives.
