Responsibilities- Working closely with clients to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
- Leveraging your product knowledge to match customers with the perfect car.
- Using Dutton's systems and processes to manage inventory and close deals efficiently.
- Providing exceptional customer service that builds long term relationships.
- Staying up to date with vehicle trends and offerings across multiple prestige and mainstream brands.
- Previous automotive experience is essential — used or new car sales, F&I, or wholesale preferred.
- A strong track record in sales and customer relationship building.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly self-motivated with a passion for achieving results.
- A current VIC Driver's Licence.
