Job Title:

A Technical Leader is required to lead the design, delivery and optimisation of enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead architectural design and development of new/existing solutions.
  • Maintain existing systems, fix bugs and roll out long term solutions.
  • Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the development and support process.
  • Collaborate closely with developers on code reviews, pairing and debugging.
  • Collaborate effectively with product managers, designers and business stakeholders.
  • Promote a pragmatic engineering approach, balancing technical excellence with practical decision-making.
  • Guiding the design and implementation of integrations with third-party services and internal APIs.
  • Manage and develop team members, providing clear direction and regular feedback.
  • Own delivery outcomes, ensuring projects meet requirements and are delivered within agreed timeframes.
Required Skills:
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Computer Science or equivalent industry experience.
  • Extensive software engineering experience, with demonstrated progression into technical leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of mentoring engineers and contributing to team capability building.
  • Deep technical proficiency across modern software stacks, architecture patterns and API integrations.
  • Practical experience with agile delivery methodologies.
  • Expertise with cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
  • Extensive knowledge of OOP languages (C#, Kotlin, Java).
