Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Communication Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our allied health services, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to clients across various settings.

Your primary responsibility will be to support clients with communication needs, providing assessments, interventions, and ongoing therapy in their homes and community environments.

  • You will work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement personalized care plans that cater to the unique needs of each client.
  • A strong background in NDIS, aged care, or community settings is essential for this role.
  • You must possess qualification as a Speech Pathologist and SPA Registration.
  • In addition to your qualifications, you will need to hold an NDIS Workers Screening Check and National Police Check.
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality communication therapy to clients in their homes and community settings.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
Requirements
