About You

Vista Healthcare is seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis. Whether you're an experienced clinician or a new graduate, we'd love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide client-centred care to elderly individuals and people living with disabilities in their homes
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments using standardised tools and clinical observation
  • Develop personalised intervention plans and set meaningful, achievable goals
  • Recommend appropriate assistive equipment and home modifications to maximise client independence
  • Prepare clear and timely reports using our structured templates and clinical tools
  • Apply sound clinical reasoning across a wide range of conditions and presentations
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and integrate new skills into clinical practice
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including families, support coordinators, and other health professionals to ensure holistic care


Key Requirements
  • AHPRA registration (or working towards registration)
  • Valid Australian Driver's Licence and access to your own vehicle
  • Current Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
