Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support our operational and administrative tasks at our Bathurst office.

  • This role will involve providing exceptional support to our team, including:
  • Operational tasks such as bus driver inquiries, on-road operations and timetable management
  • Administrative duties like cash reconciliation, customer service, student free travel system, accounts payable and receivable

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, an excellent phone manner and previous administrative experience. They will be self-driven, reliable and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Additional responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting major projects including planning and timetable reviews, tracking and customer real-time information systems
  • Contributing to marketing and market research initiatives
