AI Software Engineer - Scalable Solutions

This is a unique opportunity to lead the design and development of AI-driven systems and services, focusing on integrating generative AI into core engineering workflows.

  • Drive collaboration to embed AI capabilities into CI/CD pipelines, secure coding practices, and developer tooling.
  • Accelerate development workflows by writing, testing, and optimizing system code, and enabling intelligent debugging through AI-powered suggestions.

In this role, you will conduct research to evaluate emerging Gen AI technologies and contribute to the evolution of internal platforms through rapid prototyping and production-grade implementation.

You will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving complex system issues, performing root cause analysis and assessing their impact on hardware, network, or service performance and quality.

We are interested in hearing from candidates with experience in AI/ML and Generative AI frameworks, including TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, and similar technologies.

  • Hands-on experience developing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems using frameworks such as LlamaIndex, LangChain, or similar frameworks.
  • Experience designing and implementing Agentic AI systems using frameworks such as AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, Pydantic, or similar tools to orchestrate multi-agent workflows and enable autonomous task execution.

The ideal candidate will have advanced programming skills in languages such as Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, or C#, with the ability to build scalable AI solutions and integrate machine learning models into production environments.

Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS and Microsoft Azure, with experience deploying, scaling, and managing AI/ML workloads in secure, production-grade environments, is also required.

A strong foundation in software engineering principles, including the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), secure coding practices, automated testing strategies, and CI/CD pipeline integration to support scalable and resilient AI solutions, is essential.
