Senior Case Manager

Key Responsibilities- Lead and support case managers assessing long-term claims.
- Own complex claims portfolios across income protection, death, and terminal illness.
- Develop team expertise through knowledge sharing, coaching, and best practice guidance.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and processes.
- Contribute to process improvements, efficiency reviews, and strategic projects.
- Strong retail life claims experience with policy interpretation skills.
- Thorough understanding of LICOP (Life Insurance Code of Practice).
- Comprehensive knowledge of medical, financial, legal, product, and regulatory aspects of life insurance.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
- Certificate IV in Life Insurance (preferred).
