About This Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Qualified Carer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering high-quality care, personal assistance, and emotional support to residents in line with their tailored care plans.
  • Maintaining effective communication within the workplace, demonstrating respect, adaptability, and a kind approach.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely documentation, and reporting relevant information to Nursing, Allied Health, and Management teams as required.
Requirements:
  • A minimum Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification.
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional care and service.
  • The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and provide support to colleagues.
  • Basic computer skills for efficient record-keeping and communication.
  • A valid Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
