About this Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Clinical Care Manager to join our senior leadership team in Bendigo.

This is an excellent opportunity for a leader who wants to showcase their skills and work collaboratively with a supportive team to drive excellence in care provision through strong leadership and clinical oversight.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing clinical care delivery, ensuring it aligns with Quality Standards. They will work closely with the Residential Service Manager and be supported by a Clinical Care Coordinator and Quality and Education Partner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Audit and implement continuous improvement plans to ensure quality standards are met
  • Prepare for accreditation and lead case conferences

Requirements:

  • AHPRA RN1 registration with no restrictions
  • At least 1 year of Australian nursing experience
  • Previous experience as a CCM in residential aged care in a large facility
  • Full working rights

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • ACIPC Infection Control Certificate
  • Previous experience working through an accreditation
  • Post grad qualifications - dementia, palliative care, advanced nursing practice
