Our organisation is seeking experienced and passionate instructors to join our dynamic team at CAE Australia Flight Training. As a Grade 2 or higher Single Engine Instructor, you will play a crucial role in training the next generation of pilots, helping them develop the skills and knowledge needed for a successful aviation career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality flight instruction to students.
  • Conduct ground school sessions to teach theoretical subjects.
  • Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with industry requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Grade 2 Training Endorsement or higher.
  • Night Training Endorsement (FIR NVFR).
  • Experience with 1st and 2nd solo authorisation.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • FIR DF (Design Feature Training).
  • FIR FIR (Flight Instructor Rating Training).
  • FIR IR (Instrument Rating Training).
  • Training in G1000 avionics.
  • Teaching Ground School subjects from PPL to ATPL.
  • Teaching experience with international students.
