Job Title

We are seeking a Training Systems Specialist to join our team and play a key role in transforming how we manage and deliver training across our operations.

This role is the technical backbone of our training function—ensuring our Learning Management System is running smoothly, our data is accurate, and our reporting is insightful and actionable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and optimize SuccessFactors LMS, including creating items, curricula, and assignment profiles.
  • Troubleshoot data integrity issues and ensure clean, reliable training data.
  • Test SCORM-compliant content for online learning.
  • Provide expert-level reporting to support Training Needs Analysis and operational decision-making.
  • Act as a bridge between technical systems and operational training needs.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure training systems meet business goals.

Requirements:

  • Strong expertise in SuccessFactors LMS and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in defining training requirements in operational or mining environments.
  • Exposure to instructional design for both online and classroom content.
  • High-level data analysis skills and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of OHS legislative requirements and safety-first mindset.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
