Nurse Unit Manager

The NSW Health organization seeks an experienced and skilled nursing professional to assume the role of Nurse Unit Manager, Operating Theatre and Central Sterilising Department.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a multidisciplinary team and coordinate care at the ward or unit level.
- Manage business and management functions and processes effectively.
- Utilize broad nursing/midwifery experience and knowledge to drive clinical excellence.
- Certified nursing/midwifery registration with AHPRA is mandatory.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, strong written and verbal communication abilities, and conflict resolution skills are essential.
- A tertiary qualification in nursing and/or health management, along with a minimum of five years post-graduate clinical experience, is required.
- This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary range.
- The role involves working 38 hours per week and will be based in Broken Hill.
