As our Product Operations Manager, you'll bridge the gap between customers, commercial, and product teams, contributing to Airwallex's product strategy and direction.

This role can be based in Singapore, Hong Kong, or Melbourne offices.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive product-market fit across Airwallex's entire product suite globally, collaborating with product, sales, marketing, and strategy teams.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our customers, market, competitors, and commercial feedback loops to shape effective product and commercial strategies.
  • Built operational processes for the wider product organization and cross-functional teams to execute on our strategy at quality, speed, and scale during our intense global expansion phase.
  • Deliver thoroughly researched key recommendations and well-structured updates to senior stakeholders, including the CEO, SVP of Product, and wider product and commercial leaders.

Your Ideal Background:

  • 6+ years of experience in Product, Strategy, and/or Operations.
  • 4+ years experience with top-tier strategy/management consulting firms.
  • Experience conceptualizing and executing go-to-market strategies.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher, with demonstrated academic achievement.
  • You're a self-starter who can identify and prioritize opportunities, willing to roll up sleeves and dive deep into assigned problems.
  • You have a track record of collaborating across teams, effectively partnering with sales, operations, design, marketing, product, and data analytics.
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills, able to articulate complex concepts simply.
  • Strong analytical and first principles-led problem-solving skills.
  • Technology, financial services, and experience in a hyper-growth environment are valuable assets.
