Clinical Nurse Educator - Oncology Specialist

About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Educator to join our team as a clinical training expert.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and deliver in-service education programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge in oncology settings.
  2. Provide guidance and mentorship to less experienced staff to achieve high-quality patient care.
  3. Assess and demonstrate best practices in clinical procedures to ensure excellence.
Requirements
  • Current Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse.
  • Relevant post-registration clinical or education qualifications and/or current Certificate as a Workplace Trainer and Assessor.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in oncology nursing or a related field.
  • Demonstrated expertise in educational design and delivery methods.
