Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in the role of Senior Salesforce Administrator, you will have:

  • Proficiency with Salesforce Lightning applications.
  • Experience with Salesforce Flows, SOQL and creating and maintaining Salesforce objects.
  • Ability to work in a CICD environment using tools such as Bitbucket Pipelines and Gearset or similar.
  • Experience working in an agile environment.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical and debugging skills.
  • Adept with work management and defect tracking applications such as Jira.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).

You will have a bachelor's degree in technology, computer science, or related discipline and/or equivalent experience. You should hold Salesforce certifications or equivalent training/experience in Administrator (Advanced) and Platform App Builder.
