
HR Leadership Professional

This is a Human Resources Manager position that oversees all aspects of human resources practices and processes.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's business objectives.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
- Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Handle employee relations issues, including resolving conflicts, addressing grievances, and providing coaching and counselling to employees and managers.
- Manage performance appraisal processes and provide guidance and support to managers and employees.
- Develop and administer employee training and development programs to enhance skills and performance.
- Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, including salary administration, payroll processing, and benefits enrolment.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation.
- Prepare HR reports and metrics for management review.
This role requires strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HR principles and practices, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a senior role.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
