About Our Travel Services Team

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Travel Services Officer. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing expert guidance and support for patient and staff travel.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and processing patient travel claims under the Patient Travel Subsidy Scheme (PTSS), arranging and managing travel and accommodation bookings for staff and patients, and acting as a super user for the Patient Travel Information Management System (PTIMS).

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and process patient travel claims under the PTSS
  • Arrange and manage travel and accommodation bookings for staff and patients
  • Act as a super user for the PTIMS, offering expert advice to users

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in travel coordination and administrative processes, ideally within a government or healthcare context
  • High level of accuracy in data entry and experience with electronic systems such as PTIMS
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to confidently assist patients and staff via phone, email, and in person
