Field Service Fitter Job

We are seeking a qualified and motivated Field Service Technician to provide quality customer outcomes through diagnostic, maintenance, and repairs to a wide range of Construction and Mining equipment products.

The successful candidate will conduct all repairs and maintenance jobs in accordance with manufacturer specifications, completion and submission of all relevant paperwork, parts receipted for workshop to be tagged or binned to correct workshop, ensure compliance with company's Environmental Policy, quality standards, and Workplace Health and Safety requirements.

About the Role:

  • Provide high-quality diagnostic, maintenance, and repair services to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure all work is completed in accordance with manufacturer specifications and industry best practices.
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed, including time spent on tasks and materials used.
  • Collaborate with other teams to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency.

About You:

  • Certificates of Trade - diesel mechanic, heavy vehicle, plant mechanic – light vehicle mechanic considered.
  • Proven experience in mechanical work.
  • Ability to deliver quality outcomes and ensure total customer satisfaction.
  • Safety commitment: proactive awareness and total commitment to exercising a high standard of precaution and duty of care to yourself and others around you.
