Essential Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service with enthusiasm
  • Maintain store appearance by restocking shelves
  • Support online orders and store operations efficiently and accurately
  • Work safely as part of a cohesive team

  • Are available regularly across weekdays, weekends and peak trading periods
  • Can work safely and efficiently in a dynamic setting
  • Don't require prior retail or customer service experience, but it's a definite advantage
  • Please note: This role supports our peak Christmas trading period, so we're seeking team members who can be available regularly throughout the week, including weekends and public holidays. While we don't expect you to work every day, we're unable to accommodate leave during this time.
