Packing Line Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced leader to join our production team in a newly created role. This individual will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end packing line operations, ensuring accuracy, productivity, and compliance.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in production, manufacturing, or packhouse operations, with strong people management, communication, and problem-solving skills. They should also have the ability to stay calm, systematic, and focused under pressure, as well as a commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities- Oversee packing line operations, ensuring accuracy and productivity
- Lead and mentor a team of employees during peak season
- Collaborate with maintenance, planning, and quality teams to minimize downtime and optimize processes
- Monitor performance data, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements
- Proven experience in production or manufacturing operations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work flexibly and cover later shifts
