Dynamic Packing Manager Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader to manage our packing operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of employees, including recruitment, performance management, training, and ensuring appropriate staffing levels are available to meet weekly packing tasks.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Organising the sequence in which orders will be produced
  • Management of team including recruitment; orienting, performance management and training of all employees
  • Organising the setup and start-up of all packing machinery
  • Ensuring all orders are completed within the required timeframe
  • Participating in regular leadership development training
  • Quality and continues improvement procedures

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated previous production packing experience or transferable skills, as well as experience in team management, training, and coaching.

This role requires a sound understanding of planning and organising skills, with the ability to adapt to production changes and lead a team to achieve high-quality results.
