Project Execution Specialist

We are seeking an experienced project execution specialist to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for the effective management of client contracts, aligning Metso project supply with client scope and specifications.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle
  • Preparing and issuing project technical and commercial documents
  • Ensuring compliance with HSE procedures and maintaining a HSE focus for project duration
  • Assisting with design, procurement and fabrication activities to meet project schedules
  • Identifying and participating in risk reviews
  • Cost control and reviewing costs against budget
  • Reporting on progress in an accurate and timely manner
  • Schedule management and assisting in procurement processes

You will work closely with our project managers and engineers to deliver high-quality projects that meet client expectations.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An engineering degree and/or 3+ years of experience in project roles with an engineering or technical background
  • The ability to work under pressure in diverse groups within a multinational organisation
  • Strong verbal and communication skills, with excellent time management, planning and organisational skills
  • A self-starter with high attention to detail and the ability to work unsupervised and within a team
  • Excellent knowledge of databases such as EDM, SAP or equivalent, with experience across MS Office suite of applications
