Dispute Resolution Solicitor Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join our team in Sydney.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Defending claims involving 'employee-like workers' deactivated from digital labour platforms
  • Handling a range of claims, supporting lawyers and paralegals, and appearing as an advocate in Fair Work Commission hearings

You will work closely with experienced partners who foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

Key Qualifications

  • Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience in advocacy and unfair dismissal claims in the Fair Work Commission
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivation, professionalism, and ability to work under pressure with sensitive matters
