Senior Solicitor V and Principal Solicitor VIAre you a senior legal professional adept in litigation? Can you solve complex legal problems? Depending on the practice group in which they work, our talented solicitors handle matters across a diversity of areas including (but not limited to):administrative law (judicial and merits review) information and privacy care and protection of children and young persons native title Aboriginal land claims land valuation appeals and acquisition compensation employment law and industrial relations State taxation general commercial matters Solicitors' work can include case preparation, court appearances, and negotiation of settlements in various legal disputes.Senior Solicitors and Principal Solicitors have responsibility for managing a practice, and supervising solicitors in the early stages of their professional career.
