Project Director Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead our construction projects from commencement to completion.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex high-end builds and leading large site teams.

They will possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to drive programmes and bring out the best in their team and sub-contractors.

The successful candidate will be highly safety and quality aware, ensuring the highest standards on site for the team and sub-contractors.

They will also have a commercial view, understanding the importance of cost and project requirements, and be able to make informed decisions.

Job Description

  • Lead construction projects from commencement to completion.
  • Deliver complex high-end builds on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and contractors.
  • Manage and motivate a large site team to achieve project goals.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Monitor and control project costs, including identifying and mitigating potential risks.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Provide regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience as a Project Manager or Site Manager delivering complex construction projects.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
