Role Overview

Support clients in achieving physical goals through assessment, treatment and programs.

Deliver holistic care, manage mixed caseloads, provide musculoskeletal, neurological and cardiorespiratory condition assessments and treatment, deliver chronic disease management, injury rehabilitation and falls prevention, and prescribe equipment and assistive technology.

Liaise with medical professionals for coordinated care. Participate in multidisciplinary team case conferencing and clinical meetings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage varied caseloads across funding streams
  • Provide assessments and treatment for musculoskeletal, neurological and cardiorespiratory conditions
  • Deliver chronic disease management, injury rehabilitation and falls prevention
  • Run individual and group exercise programs, re-enablement services and hydrotherapy sessions
  • Prescribe equipment and assistive technology
  • Liaise with medical professionals
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team case conferencing and clinical meetings
Essential Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy
  • Current AHPRA registration (Limited Registration welcome)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Driver's licence and reliable access to a vehicle
  • Current flu and COVID-19 vaccination evidence
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and client-centred practice
