Physiotherapist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated physiotherapist to provide high-quality patient care in our community-based setting.

About the Role

This role will support you to work to the top of your clinical scope, delivering evidence-based assessments, recommendations, and interventions across various settings.

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Deliver government-funded programs in patients' homes.
  • Provide hospital substitution services and acute rehabilitation care in home settings.

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct thorough assessments to identify patients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
  2. Develop and implement effective intervention strategies to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  3. Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient interactions and progress.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A strong background in physiotherapy, preferably with experience working in a community-based setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
