Job Description:

The role of a Financial Accountant involves delivering accurate and timely monthly income statements and other critical reporting requirements for local business units.

  • Deliver month-end closing activities and processes, ensuring seamless integration with corporate timelines.
  • Manage reporting: upload, complete, and validate in accordance with group and regulatory standards.
  • Perform balance sheet reconciliations, including all relevant sub-ledgers, to ensure accuracy and compliance.

This position requires close collaboration with local and international stakeholders to drive business objectives forward.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Proven experience in month-end reporting and reconciliations, with a strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
  • Proficiency in accounting systems, including Excel, with experience in OneStream or Anaplan being a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of local GAAP, IFRS, and compliance requirements, with the ability to apply this knowledge effectively.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders.
