Early Childhood Intervention Specialist
About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Early Childhood Intervention Specialist to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of participants and designing therapy programs to work towards achieving participant outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a caseload of participants and designing therapy programs
- Assessing participants' functional capacity including physical and psychological abilities through clinical assessment
- Using clinical skills and professional opinion to develop participant-centred goals specific to the client's circumstances
- Utilising a keyworker approach during therapy intervention
- Providing expert professional guidance to junior clinicians, including mentoring

Requirements:
- Occupational Therapist (with AHPRA registration)
- 12 months+ experience (direct NDIS experience highly regarded but not essential)
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check & Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent time management and analytical thinking
