Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Consultant. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth in our Telstra store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service to all customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Maximize sales by providing expert product and service information to customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell.
  • Achieve sales and performance targets, working collaboratively with the sales team to drive business results.
  • Ensure store presentation is maintained to the highest standards, reflecting positively on the Telstra brand.
Requirements
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ability to solve complex problems, think critically, and make sound decisions.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Previous experience in a sales environment is highly advantageous.
