Nurses Required for Home-Based Care

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a skilled Enrolled Nurse working night shifts in Hervey Bay, providing vital care and support to customers in their own homes.
About the Role:- We require Enrolled Nurses who can work effectively under the guidance of Registered Nurses and Allied Health professionals, providing individualised support to customers and administering medication, complex clinical care, monitoring customer wellbeing, and reporting progress.
- As an Enrolled Nurse, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality aged care and disability support services in the comfort of customers' own homes.
- Minimum Diploma of Nursing with current registration with AHPRA.
- Current CPR/First Aid Certificate, satisfactory Criminal Record Check, and Australian Driver's Licence.
- Reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance coverage.
- Smartphone with internet access for communication and documentation purposes.
